November Team of the Month

jonjoward1998

GK: JORDAN PICKFORD (EVERTON) - Everton might not have won a game in November, but they did keep 2 clean sheets and when they needed Pickford to step up, he delivered. He made many important saves to keep his side in games, including the one against West Ham where he had an absolute blinder. The Toffees didn't score in November, but at least they had someone at the other end to keep them out.

RB: PEDRO PORRO (TOTTENHAM) - Porro has been one of the best attacking full backs in the Premier League for the last year or so and he showed why during November. He registered a goal and an assist each, with his goal coming in the win at Man City, and he was always a threat going forward down the right hand side.

CB: VIRGIL VAN DIJK (LIVERPOOL) - Liverpool have had the best defence in the league this season and Van Dijk has been one of the reasons why. The reds are a more secure team when he's in it because of his ability to read the game and make important interventions. He certainly did the latter during November as Liverpool further strengthened their case to be title contenders.

CB: MURILLO (NOTTINGHAM FOREST) - Murillo has been a revelation since joining Forest last season and especially since Nuno Espirito Santo has come in. His solid performances in the backline played a key role in Forest keeping 2 clean sheets in November, both being kept in the games they won. His partnership with Milenkovic has been key to their strong start to the season.

LB: ANTONEE ROBINSON (FULHAM) - Robinson is slowly becoming one of the best full backs in the Premier League due to his ability to be effective at both ends of the pitch. He was exactly that once again in November as he made key interventions when he needed to, and offered a threat going forward. He set up the winning goal in Fulham's late win at Brentford at the start of the month.

RW: MOHAMED SALAH (LIVERPOOL) - Salah scored in every game in November as Liverpool further strengthened their title credentials. He ended the month with 4 goals and 1 assist and with the form he's in right now, Liverpool surely have to tie him down to a new contract with his current deal up in the summer.

CM: JAMES MADDISON (TOTTENHAM) - Maddison netted 3 times in November with 2 of them coming in Spurs' impressive win over Man City. He began to find the form he was in before his injury his last season during November, and if he can keep it up over the next few months, he could find himself back in the England squad.

CM: JOAO GOMES (WOLVES) - Gomes registered 2 goals and an assist during November as Wolves finally got their season up and running. His all round performances with the energy and tenacity he brought to the team, but his contributions were key in Wolves finally getting some points on the board.

LW: HARRY WILSON (FULHAM) - Wilson scored 3 times during November and they were all from the bench. His impact off the bench was crucial in the games Fulham won against Brentford and Crystal Palace, and so were his goals, all of which secured those wins.

ST: YOANE WISSA (BRENTFORD) - Wissa has embraced being Brentford's main striker since Ivan Toney left, and he kept up his good form in November. He scored 3 times in November, all of which were scored in the games Brentford won against Bournemouth and Leicester. He's got 8 goals already this season and if he carries son scoring, he's on course for his best season in terms of goals.

ST: MATHEUS CUNHA (WOLVES) - Cunha was arguably the most productive player in November as he scored and assisted 3 goals each. His contributions were key to Wolves finally getting some points on the board and if he can keep up the form he's in, Wolves should be safe.
